This was such a fun technique to try out.  It is called the Faux Diamond technique.  I used Altenew’s stamp set called Hennah Elements.  The border stamp from Altenew’s set was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.   The flowers were inked first in VersaMark and then in Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, Mustard Seed and Mowed Lawn and then added Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder from Stampin Up.   They were then heat set to show the diamond like shine.  Gorgeous card inspired by Maureen Merritt.    Sentiment is from a Clearly Besotted Stamp Set I received when I purchased January’s Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine which I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black.  I hope you will enjoy this technique as much as I did.  Front of the card was stamped on Bazzill Basics Marshmallow card stock cut at 4 in by 5 1/4 in and layered with purple colored designer series paper and then attached to a front folding A2 card in Bazzill Basics Marshmallow.
