Good Morning.  I have a friend who loved the way I had made this card but wanted me to change the sentiment to Congratulations.. What better way to enter a challenge.  For this nice an simple card, I used the stamp from So Suzy Stamp called Spring Bloom 1 and stamped it around the borders of white card stock measuring 5 1/4 in. by 4 in. using Simon Says Stamps Doll Pink Ink.  I then also stamped three individual flowers from the stamp in the same color and fussy cut them out.  Vellum is used to cover the background with Congratulations from So Suzy Stamps stamped in Memento Luxe Tuxedo Black and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Applied glue to vellum where flowers to be placed around sentiment.  My friend stated she would use to card to give to her sister.  I think this turned out very nice to be given to a special sister.  So Suzy Stamps Spring Bloom 1.
