Black Magic…..I have not utilized this technique in such a long time. It is elegant in its own right.  When I saw a Stampin Up demonstrator write about it in her blog, I knew I had to try again.  And I also knew the perfect stamp set.. Catherine Pooler’s new Paisley Peacock.  For this card I used Tsukineko’s Brilliance Dew Drop in Moonlight White and stamped all over on black card stock. I used my heat gun to dry the ink just in case so I did not smear it.

Then I used my Artist premium watercolor pencils in colors 16, 18, 22, 24 and 26.  After coloring, I used my Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen and I blinged all of the stamped areas.

 

I used my white gel pen to make some small accents and ten I also used the Nuvo Glitter Drops in White Blizzard and added some Nuvo Sparkle Dust on top.

Sentiment “Leave a Little Sparkle Wherever You Go.”  from So Suzy Stamps just made this card perfect. I add this to an A2 white card base.
