I completed one card….

As I promised, I completed my first card in 7 months. It turned out better than I really anticipated. I made this card for a coworker’s husband who hands out these cards to his parishioners who are elderly. He gives them cards and care packages on their birthday or when they are not well. And he hand delivers them too. I pray whoever recieves this card will be overjoyed with happiness. I used Brutus Monroe’s Alablaster embossing powder. Butterflies are Simon Says Stamps Beautiful Day stamp set. Sentiment is from Right at Home’s Simple Sentiments. Inks used are from Ranger: Cracked Pistachio, Twisted Citron, Broken China, Spiced Marmalade, Abandoned Coral, and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks along with Catherine Pooler’s Midnight Ink. Bling is Art Anthology’s Gilded Gold spray and Pearl accents. Card stock is from Stampin Up.

I also have a YouTube little snippet about the making of this card. Catch it here:
