Glitter is the most wonderful invention. It is inexpensive and looks like diamonds.  Diamonds are a girl’s best friend.  His window frame was cut out from Neenah Solar White using a die I borrowed from a friend using a The Big Shot.  I then used packing tape on the back of the die cut and then applied glitter to the sticky side.  I burnished the glitter so that the stickiness was gone.  I used Altenew’s little Pear Tree stamp on Neenah Solar White card stock and glued he window frame glitter side up to make it look like the trees are in the background and cut around the edges.  I used some navy colored mosaic tiles that I received as a gift.  The candle is from Simon Says Stamp’s Big Birthday Wishes stamped in Altenew’s Ocean Waves ink and the candle flame is from Altenew’s Mango Smoothie.  I cut them out and attached them underneath the tiles.  I attached this to navy card stock and then to white and then to black all cut 1/8 inch smaller than the first. The sentiment was heat embossed in PSX silver embossing powder from Neat and Tangled’s Bright Baubles underneath the window frame.  This was then attached to a white A2 card base.  It was and easy technique.
